U.S. taxpayer on global tax: Make no mistake, the threat of a new global tax is very real. The serious new threat of a global tax on American citizens is led by UN Secretary Gen. Kofi Annan and just recently over 100 nations endorsed a $50 billion global tax. Well, if it goes through, look what it will do. Wow.
