Congress Poised to Strip 2nd Amendment Rights

H.R.2640 has passed the house and is slated to enter the Senate under a unanimous consent agreement to limit debate and, in effect steamroll the passage of a bill that will serve to strip 2nd Amendment liberties away from citizens diagnosed with mental illnesses.
