U.S. On Track To Surrender Autonomy: Ushering In A North American Suprastate

America was fashioned by our founding fathers as a constitutional republic with inalienable rights endowed to its citizens. In the past America was the beacon of liberty which was the one of primary reasons why our country flourished. Free men and women starting businesses and developing inventions made this country what it is today. Sadly, in the name of globalism our country is being sacked, looted and merged in a 'shotgun wedding' of sorts called the American Union.

We are not the first country and certainly not the last to be targeted by this cartel of bankers, oligarchs and corporatists. The European Union is the prototype or the framework for the world according to the Club of Rome, Council of the Americas and other non-governmental organizations. By examining the drastic changes to countries that have succumbed to the EU such as Britain we can most assuredly understand the fate of America if we surrender our sovereignty and go forward with the 'merger' and become the superstate to be known as the North American Union.

Britain's metamorphosis under the supranational body called the EU:

• The EU parliament can overturn British laws and override the decisions made in the British Parliament. The EU bureaucrats and governors have been given lifetime immunity from prosecution which leads to rampant corruption .

• The EU's stance on human rights is vague at best. They may revoke rights to those who criticize the government such as journalists, bloggers and the citizenry. Ruiz-Jarabo Colomer argued that a governing body can legitimately restrict a fundamental right in order to defend its reputation. You have only to read Article 52 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights It states that the European Union may limit all rights and freedoms enumerated in the Charter `subject to the principle of proportionality', where `necessary' in order to `meet objectives of general interest recognised by the Union'.

• If Britain joins the EMU(Economic and Monetary Union) it would have to transfer a substantial amount of its gold reserves to the EU Central Bank. The EU Central Bank is a nightmare right out of the communist manifesto. The European Central Bank can send all the nation states such as Britain into recessions as it did when Britain first joined the EU.

• Britain's judicial system has never been perfect but since the magna carta citizens enjoyed habeas corpus and were innocent until proven guilty. Under the EU's corpus juris you have no trial by jury, no habeas corpus and are guilty until proven innocent. Double jeopardy is thrown out so you can be tried for the same offense over and over until convicted.

• The EU also has a transitional military or rapid reaction force which will replace NATO. All nation states in the EU must surrender their military forces to the EU and the EU body will have a say in how their military is used.

These are just a few egregious examples of how the EU has changed the nations of Europe. In America similar actions are taking place as our politicians are preparing us for the North American Union. The erosion of our rights in the country have been documented thoroughly. The removal of habeas corpus and posse comitatus, as well as the official sanctioning of torture should make Americans aware of more draconian legislation and Byzantine chicanery to come from our corrupt officials.

The creation of the North American Union much like the European Union is being implemented through a series of treaties and trade agreements. The EU framework began with The Treaty of Paris and Rome then later the European Economic Community. The NAU or North American Union model began with Council of the Americas and Bilderberg meetings then later established the North American Free Trade Agreement and the Central American Free Trade Area. Recently government representatives from the U.S., Canada and Mexico signed the Security and Prosperity Partnership which is leading towards the death of American sovereignty through integration and assimilation with Canada and Latin America. Our taxpayer monies are being used to rewrite U.S. laws and regulations, governmental organizations are a part of SPP working groups such as the Department of Commerce and the Department of Homeland Security. Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez has declared advancing the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America to one of his top goals, writing in a letter archived on the Department of Commerce website that "I have made the SPP one of my top priorities and will utilize the talents and expertise of the people across the Department of Commerce to ensure the SPP is a success."

The American dollar like the British pound is about to be replaced. The 'Amero' is the official NAU currency . NAFTA created a North American Development Bank which is supposed to be an interim NAU central bank to manage each nations currency until the merger is final. Through all of these actions the North American Union will be irreversible but it is not too late. We the people need to put our state representatives on notice and restore our constitution.
