Illegal Immigration? Problem Solved: Here Comes The Real ID Act!

Loading... The Real ID Act was passed in the House of Representatives on Feb 10, 2005. It will require all citizens to prove their own identity in May of 2008. You must supply your birth certificate, photo id, verified social security number and identification that notes your full home address. It puts the burden on each state for licensing and other requirements, which according to the latest numbers will cost each state at least 11 billion dollars.
This bill will have no effect on illegal aliens as they are virtually immune to prosecution and on their deportation will be back in the country in weeks. Illegal aliens do not pay for car insurance and will not be receiving a national id card unless there will be some fast-track amnesty bill that is to come before 2008.
The very idea that the Real ID act is a deterrent against the hordes of illegals pouring across the border was put forth by our officials to pacify those of us who want the border sealed. The national id card with biometric verification is a means to track, trace, and corral the citizens of the U.S. Along with the Transportation Security Administration's new "clearance" procedures we are all on no-fly lists.
Our friendly neighborhood government officials are now giving the media their song and the mockingbirds are singing the praises of the Real ID act. Months ago there was no talk about it other than on liberty based websites and a few tech blogs. The concept of freedom may be lost in this generation as we are slowly sucked into a virtual surveillance system.
Those who are savvy in radio frequency technology can clone a U.S. passport in seconds. In a previous version of the Real ID Act our government was to share the database with Canada and Mexico. There is already talks to share data between the United States and the United Kingdom. The private sector is already anticipating getting their hands on the data for numerous defense contracts such as interfacing with behavior recognition systems and other systems to determine if we are terrorists or subversives.
Those of who will not register will not be able to leave the country, let alone travel on buses or trains. We have to let our friends, family and neighbors know that the Real ID Act will make us slaves on a global plantation. Illegal aliens are being exploited and controlled. The federal government creates the problem, we react as predicted and they offer their solution. It is the oldest trick in the book:
