DeLay Still On The Ballot

The Republican Party's request to have disgraced Tom DeLay removed from the Texas ballot has been denied by the 5th circuit court of appeals. He will be forced to run, since he won the primary.

Texas law prohibits a felon from running for office, but Mr. DeLay is still innocent until proven guilty, so he not only stays on the ballot, but he's still a contender for the office.
